The fourth of China Exporter Club series which will be held on Thursday 6th Sept at Ward Hadaway. The topic will be Legal Consideration, which will give an insight into a number of the key legal and regulatory issues for exporters.

Speakers and covering topics at the event will include: ·Damien Charlton, Partner, Ward Hadaway, who will discuss intellectual property protection in China, and how to find the best method of selling in China by comparing agency, joint venture, branch offices and other routes to market; ·Keith Robe, HMRC, who will give an introduction to Authorised Economic Operator status, which is an important regulatory development which all exporters need to understand; ·Ray Jones, RTC North, who will look at the project management of overseas ventures, and how proper legal and other professional advice should form part of the project management process.
