Chine Business Association was involved in receiving a delegation from Nanjing digital media industry. Invited by One NorthEast, the Chinese delegates visited the North East of England on 10-11 March 2009 and attended the opening ceremony of SAB UK, an high-tech antibody Chinese company recently invested in the region.

One NorthEast have signed action plans for the continued development of relationship between the North East of England, Nanjing and Jiangsu. A key part of the plans is to support companies from both regions to set up a presence to take advantage of new business opportunities in both markets. In particular One NorthEast want to encourage companies from the digital sector in China to take part in their initiative.
